Firmware RLN16_410_4725_1724 will not load on H3MB02

Per title - DVR is H3MB02, version is 2.0.0.0 build 2.0.0.4023_1322. "Hand me down" DVR that apparently was never updated. Web loader expects a compressed tar file, not a .PAK. Are there some intermediate updates (.tgz files) available to try and incrementally bring this RLN16-410 up to the current release?

@reolink-lorenz That's zero help - I already have that. This version has no option for uploading a PAK file. The older version they sent is also a PAK file. That does me no good when the installed firmware wants a compressed TAR file.
