Re: Reolink Duo PoE - Only one camera works
I have the same issue. Firmware is updated to the latest on the NVR but I can only see the left camera. This is the 9th camera on a 16 channel system.

How many cameras do you connect to the NVR? Could you please give me a screenshot of the multiple views?

@reolink-fiona As mentioned in my original post the Duo is the 9th camera on a 16 channel system. I have tried both the app and browser and tired different views (4 channels, 8 channels). When on 4 channels the Duo (the 9th channel) only shows one image and 3 blank, not connected screens. I will send a screen shot shortly.

Thank you for the screenshot. You can try to delete and add your DUO again or reassign the channel for the DUO on the NVR monitor. If it still can't work, you can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support. You can tell them about your troubleshooting steps. Our technical staff will try to help.

@reolink-fiona - How is it possible to delete a camera? The Reolink web site says to "right click" on the camera and choose Delete but the only option I have is Rename.

You may need to delete the camera on the NVR monitor instead of the PC Client. You can only delete or reassign the camera channel on our NVR monitor.
