RLC-1212A NVR compatibiliy

Hello Community,

Is the RLC-1212A 12 MP camera compatible with the Reolink 4K 16 Channel Network Video Recorder? In looking at the sales description "Work With 4K/5MP/4MP HD Reolink IP Cameras PoE NVR..." I'm guessing it is not but would like to confirm. If it is not, is there a Reolink NVR that does support this camera and is also backwards compatible with other Reolink cameras (the RLC-811A in particular)?

Hi @rdillion_504331677483238, thank you for reaching out. The RLC-1212A will work with NVRs with hardware versions H3MB18, N2MB02, and N3MB01. If you have already been running an RLC-811A camera on your NVR, you can add the RLC-1212A to it without problems. Hope this helps.
