Base mount to shallow to allow release of adjusting mechanism with hex key when mount tightened against wall or soffit..
Have to loosen the 3 mount screws before there is enough room for adjusting mechanism to move when using hex key

Besides, they will add a guide to the product page, which will guide users on how to adjust the camera angle by loosening the hex key.
