Am I doing something wrong: I want to download a 30 minute video in just one file

I need to download a video from 10:00am - 10:30am, and I was able to do that via the Client app (on my macbook), however, when I go to grab the file, it actually is multiple files (see below). Is there anyway to have this be one file and not multiple?
Btw - I have set a schedule for just TIMER on this camera so I was assuming this was a possibility with that setting.

Do your files record to the SD card or PC?

If you record them to the SD card, you can set up the schedule on the camera settings. And then you can set up the time settings and disable the alarm settings. For the timer recording, the SD card can record up to 5 mins for one video in the day and 2 mins at night. You can check your setting again.

If you want to have a whole 30mins-video, you can record them to the PC. In the Client setting(on the right upper icon), you can set up the video duration to 30mins and the schedule to be timer.
