      Hi, first post here!

I bought this NVR kit RLK8-410B4-5MP. It worked well out of the box, aside from the HDMi output which was stuffed from the start. No problem, it was replaced and works well.
Now I want to output the HDMi signal into an RF digital TV encoder. I have two of these and use one for my weather station, on channel 40 UHF digital, using HDMi from the weather mini computer.
When I tried to so the same with this NVR, BUT - despite being able to get the NVR picture on my monitor via HDMi, it will not work with either of the TV encoders (different models). I can swap the encoders and they both operate fine off from the weather station HDMi connection, but both indicate "no signal" when connected to the NVR HDMi.

So both encoders works with mini-computer output, but neither with the NVR output. So it indicates a problem with the NVR signal setup. But the NVR will output to a monitor. WTF!!!

There are various settings available on the encoders, but as they work out of the box with the mini-computer, I expect they should with the NVR, on the same settings. I have tried a powered splitter to see if the signal is lacking grunt, but no difference. I can only think it is something weird like copy protection blocking it.

We are sorry to tell you that we haven't tested the encoders with our NVR so we cannot confirm if the encoders can work with the NVR. If you still have questions, could you please contact our support team at support@reolink.com?
