Turn off continuous and turn on Motion Detection mode?

I have RLN8-410 with 4 POE Reolink cameras that I used to record to disk on PC, motion detection worked fine, but was slowing my network down.
Installed the NVR, configured and it is in continuous record mode. Firmware is up to date, and I downloaded most current Windows version.
I can't find anywhere to tell it to record in MOTION DECTECTION MODE.
Any ideas

For the motion detection mode, you can set it on the Client. Record>>alarm
