Hello everyone, yesterday it snowed a bit here. My RLC-511 wa had problems with the snow and made a lot of false alarms. What can be changed to make the result better?

You can try to upgrade your camera with the latest firmware v3.1.0.0764 version. We have upgraded the AI algorithm to improve detection.

In this new firmware, you can find the setting named "Alarm Delay" or "Object size". You can set the alarm delay time to filter out the alarm that is less than the set time. To set the object size, you can filter out some alarms like snow, insects, or rain.
