      Hi

I installed a RLC-811A for a customer today connected to his NVR and viewed throught the reolink app . Initially the 2 way audio worked... but when we went to use it again after a coffee the Mic button had disappeared from the app and we could hear but not transmit audio . Tried the app on another phone, rebooted camera etc with no luck . Any ideas what's wrong ?

      Many thanks

What's the firmware version of the NVR and camera? You can try to upgrade the camera with the latest firmware.

You can find the new firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.

You can read this article for the guide to find the new firmware, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2602/how-to-find-latest-firmware-for-reolink-camera-nvr.

I recently upgraded one of my RLC-522 cameras to an RLC-811A 4K with 2-way audio capability - installed on a Reolink NVR. Had the same issue you mentioned.

All Settings screens (directly logging-in to my NVR, Browser Interface, Reolink App & Reolink Client App) on for my NVR indicated that the Firmware was 'up to date'. It was not.

I had to download the newest Firmware revision from the FAQ page for the camera on the Reolink site. Installed the Firmware from the Browser interface and all worked properlike. It also added the options to control the backlight and alarm.

          Hope this helps.
