What is the difference between E1 Pro IPC_515SD5 and IPC_513SD5. I just bought an E1 Pro and found it to be 513 which appears to be an old hardware platform and has no firmware updates. Not happy! I also bought an E1 which will not stay connected to WiFi. Have tried everything. Other cameras are rock solid and used a wifi analyzer, seeing that the signal is very strong and solid. And yes, the camera is close to router until i get it to work. One note, my cameras are connected to a router wired as an access point connected to the main router.
@pmtrebs_519797135175835 For the E1 Pro, there are different hardware versions. You can find the latest firmware for the E1 Pro on our download center. You may need to click this box to choose the firmware. For the wifi issue, you can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support. Our technical staff will help for a further check.
@reolink-fiona I have the same problem as pmtrebs. I can connect via android and with windows via app, but not via browser.If i search in in the updates for firmware i can see the firmware version you mentioned, but that is for the IPC_515SD5 and not the IPC_513SD5.Did i get an old model?
@jan-schoot_62575657409 Our E1 Pro doesn't support viewing via a Web browser. It is not about the hardware or firmware issue. What's your hardware version?
