Reolink is not able to play Preview in WebIF when behind Router
i have a Prob with my RLC-823A and RLC-811A. But i feel other models should be affected too.
The Webpreview is not woking when a router is between the cam and the client who wants to show the preview.
The Network looks like this:
The Error is an HTTP 500 when requesting the flv ressource.
Unfortunately Reolink was not able to reproduce this issue (which i can not understand). Perhaps you can check if your Reolink products work ok throuht a router in a lan?
I would always recommend running such cameras on a separate network to protect your lan from potential camera security issues.

@themanwiththecam What's the firmware version of your cameras? Can you check if you have enabled the network ports? Of course alle Port are open, since it works when there is no router in between. I also opened a support Ticket #747315 but unfotunately reolink was not able to reproduce my problem. So i want to ask the community if they have the same issues...
