Hello, i have a Prob with my RLC-823A and RLC-811A. But i feel other models should be affected too.The Webpreview is not woking when a router is between the cam and the client who wants to show the preview. The Network looks like this: The Error is an HTTP 500 when requesting the flv ressource.Unfortunately Reolink was not able to reproduce this issue (which i can not understand). Perhaps you can check if your Reolink products work ok throuht a router in a lan? I would always recommend running such cameras on a separate network to protect your lan from potential camera security issues.BR

@themanwiththecam What's the firmware version of your cameras? Can you check if you have enabled the network ports? @reolink-fiona FW is v184.108.40.2064_21121708Of course alle Port are open, since it works when there is no router in between. I also opened a support Ticket #747315 but unfotunately reolink was not able to reproduce my problem. So i want to ask the community if they have the same issues...
