I am trying to assist a family member with getting a Reolink camera setup on her phone. At the location there are current 4 cameras and 2 family member/users are accessing these. One family member can access all but the other can only access 3 of the 4 and it is that last 4th one I ma trying to get working. I have no familiarity with Reolink but work in IT and am very familiar with the internet and networking protocols, ect. On USER A's phone all 4 cameras are accessible however not always. These are solar powered and for some reason the 4th camera of the 4 on site often will not come up on USER A's phone if its not during the day.

On USER B's phone the Reolink app can see and access 3 of these 4 cameras. I tried adding the 4th camera specifying the IP address but it failed. I next tried doing it via the Unique Product ID/code and that did allow me to get o the point were it asked for eth password but was unable to sync./connect. That said one USER A's phone I can't access the 4th camera right now either. I'm assuming its because it doesn't have enough juice (being solar powered) so we will try again in the day time.

According to both family members at one time both users phones were able to access/use all 4 cameras but after they moved to the cloud (moved storage to cloud based) USER B was no longer able to access the 4th camera. As far as I know these are the only 2 users trying to access these 4 cameras. While awaiting for tomorrow (when the sun is up) so we can try again does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on this? Is there some step not documented in the Reolink setup that has to be done or something quirky with this kind of thing (multiple users accessing same cameras) that must be addressed?

NOTE: USER A's phone is an iPhone where as USER B's phone is an Android.

@reolink-fiona Thanks you for taking time to respond. I've asked the family member to do that (I'm several states away from where they live and the cameras). Will follow-up when they send those.
