E1 Outdoor has no microphone feed

I have 3 E1 outdoor cameras. Microphone was working fine ,picking up ambient noises perfectly and suddenly stopped working. Now I have nothing, no audio feed. Cameras are only 3 weeks old. Any ideas? I have rebooted and reset to no avail.
