Using the clip video feature, in which you can clip some area of the picture for dedicated surveillance, I noticed a significant drop of picture and frame rate quality.After read your how-to on the video clip feature I suddenly realized it was designed that way for internet access.I'm accessing my RLC 234 almost exclusively over wifi, not via internet. So it would be awesome to be able to individually set a stream quality for the clip video feature. Even just being able to switch to the non-fluent quality stream I would consider a big improvement of what I get now.It would be great if you can add such an option to the cameras firmware.Cheers Cosmo
Hi, if you are accessing the camera in LAN, then you can always select to live view in "clear" mode. And use optical zoom and digital zoom to amplify the areas of interest. It does the same trick as "clip" function.
