Patrol with automatic tracking

I do see a true weak point in patrol mode is the absence of autotraking with such mode. Is this already raised to developers and maybe included in an upcoming firmware?
Thanks for you reply -
@user_587474691784750_587474691784750 Hi there, I have forwarded this to the tech before. This is the original design because the patrol is set for the routines of several preset points, if the camera track during the process, it will affect the patrol process. I will keep collecting your request and seek possibilities for the change. Thank you for the feedback!

@reolink-fiona I fully understand the constraint from patrolling through presetpoint...
But it would be quite easy to "hold" the patrol routine and keep autotraking until the alarm is set / or for a determined time , and then resume to the patrol preset points.
Another Question, why isn't it possible to engage the patrol mode at a predetermine scheduling? it looks obvious from my point of view. maybe I'm the only one who think it mitgth be "user-friendly"??!!.
From my usage the camera is useless during daylight .. I just need patrolling or autotraking during the night, the same way alarm can be "setup", the camera motion or behaviour would benefit to be "settable"....in my opinion -

But to not have it autotrack during a patrol is to have it see something while paroling but ignore what it sees, just keep patrolling???
To also not have it stay with what it sees during autotracking it to have it see something, then go back to it's guard point instead of staying with what it's seeing. -
@chuck_529633235447953 Can you clarify your statement? I apologise but I don't understand your sentence..
