free Cloud plan

Did I understand it correct that the "free cloud plan" only works with one cam. So if you buy a second cam - for the same price - you cannot attach it to the cloud (for free)?
You would need to create another cloud account to attach the cam there, which wouln't work to well, because you can only run "one app at a time"?
