Once again, I am beyond frusterated with this system.
I am logged into the ReoLink client on my laptop. I tried to set up user accounts for my wife and daughter so that they could check the camera on their iPhones / iPads. They were unable to do so using the username and passwords I set up for them.
I then tried changing my own password in the client. This worked, but it logged me out of the cameras on my iPhone app. I changed the password back to what is was originally and I am still locked out. Each time I tried, it quickly displayed a message something like the followin:
You have ever logged in via the third party platform bound to this email. Please try with your third party app......
I even tried going to the reset my password link and entering my email address. All I got there was a message saying the email was not sent and now I am being told too many attempts and to try again later.
I am preparing to leave town shortly and really want to be able to access my cameras.
Any ideas. I can't call customer service because they are not in.
@t7731mg_553822932349299 Hi there, when you change the password of your camera, you can just input the changed password of your camera.
The personal account of the APP is different than the camera account. If your wifi and children would like to access the camera. You can just share the camera with them and input the password.
