Where in the Windows and Android clients are the controls to adjust the pan and tilt speeds of the TrackMix POE? Also, I'm only seeing "Digital" and "Digital + PT" for tracking methods instead of the expected "Digital tracking", "Digital tracking first", and "PT tracking first". Which one was dropped?
@dan_470367546237101 What's your APP version? Please upgrade your APP to the v.4.31. You can also tell me your firmware version.
@reolink-fiona Firmware is v18.104.22.1680_22062200. Windows app is 8.7.3. I'm not sure about the version on my android tablet because it isn't currently in front of me. I'm sure I recently checked to see if it was the latest public release though. I did find the settings in portrait orientation on my android phone. I'm considering these settings a couple more things that the android app doesn't show when forced into landscape (such as on my tablet). I still can't find the speed setting or the correct tracking modes in the Windows app. Tonight this cam is also annoyingly alternating between IR mode and spotlight mode every minute or so.
@dan_470367546237101 May I know if you are connecting the camera to the NVR or working it as a standalone? You can try to connect the camera as a standalone and try again. If you still can't make it work, please contact our support team, Submit a request – Reolink Support. We will try to help.
@reolink-fiona It is standalone. I'm taking a break from Reolink support while I rule out my LAN as contributing to a few other things. My LAN isn't the reason the Android client doesn't work in landscape, nor behind the Windows app issues though.
