Hi there,

My solar camera is installed and it's running perfectly.
My question is - I have the paid cloud service for recording, BUT cannot playback a video using the app.
I can only playback a video by logging into the cloud site...

If I purchase an SD card for the camera, will the playback then work on my computer where I can watch it AND ALSO will be recorded to the cloud as well?

@tita-cam_592865207439473 Hi there, if you put an SD card into the camera, you can playback the videos on the playback page of the Client/APP. The Cloud videos can be also recorded at the same time.
