I just setup a Argus 3 Pro today and am getting frequent false motion notifications.
I can not tell what is causing the false alerts.
Attached is a photo of the camera view
I am trying to stop the false notifications while keeping a working sensitivity level. What can I do?Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

The PIR sensor (passive infrared sensor) detects changes in the amount of infrared radiation impinging upon it, which varies depending on the temperature and surface characteristics of the objects in front of the sensor. When an object, such as a human, passes in front of the background, such as a wall, the temperature at that point in the sensor's field of view will rise from room temperature to body temperature, and then back again.
It detects any motions. The change of the sunshine and the shadow maybe cause the alert. Here are some installation tips for the battery camera.
