      For two days now, Google no longer connects to Reolink. As a result, I can no longer see the cameras in Google Home. Error message: Can't reach reolink smart home.
      I then removed the connection between Google and Reolink, only to add it again. But that is not possible either, same error message. Does anyone else have this problem?

        yes, I have the same problem. All my three cameras used to show on my Google display when I speak the command. Now it states unable to reach reolink when I ask to show the cameras on the display. I uninstalled the cameras in the Google home app and unfortunately I can’t add back reolink. It gives me an error every time I try to add it in the Google home app.

        I think there must be some problem with the reolink site. This started two days ago for me as well.

        If anybody at Reolink can help or verify that they were server is down that would be great.

          @dmark_585506302132322 Thank You for Your reply. I have mailed the support and they opened an issue. But I'm afraid they haven't understood the problem yet. I will now mention, that I'm not the only one with this issue. Will keep You updated as far as I have news for You

                  I'm experiencing the same exact error message on a new system. I also entered a support ticket and replying again now with a screen shot of this post so they hopefully understand the issue!

                    Hi all, got an update from Support team:

                    "It seems that there is something wrong with the Google home server.
                    As for this problem, we have consulted our R&D team and they are trying their best to find the solution.
                     
                    Any further updates, we will contact you soon."

                      Good news: I just tried to reconnect and it worked for me! Problem seems to be solved.

                          @micha_298221203722435 We were maintaining the server at that time and now it recovers. If you have any feedback about the connection, you can let me know.

                            @reolink-fiona Thank You for this update. As mentioned above, I was able to reconnect to my reolink account in the google home app this morning, so everything seems to be working properly now. 👍

                              @reolink-fiona I’m having the same problem for the past few days. I just tried to reconnect and it stated ‘unable to reach Reolink Smart Home’. So how?

                                @some-white-place_298717020319956 Can you try to restart the APP or camera to try again? If it still can't work, you may need to contact our support to deal with this specific case, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
