@reolink-fiona Thank You for this update. As mentioned above, I was able to reconnect to my reolink account in the google home app this morning, so everything seems to be working properly now.
Good news: I just tried to reconnect and it worked for me! Problem seems to be solved.
Hi all, got an update from Support team:"It seems that there is something wrong with the Google home server.As for this problem, we have consulted our R&D team and they are trying their best to find the solution. Any further updates, we will contact you soon."
@dmark_585506302132322 Thank You for Your reply. I have mailed the support and they opened an issue. But I'm afraid they haven't understood the problem yet. I will now mention, that I'm not the only one with this issue. Will keep You updated as far as I have news for You
For two days now, Google no longer connects to Reolink. As a result, I can no longer see the cameras in Google Home. Error message: Can't reach reolink smart home.I then removed the connection between Google and Reolink, only to add it again. But that is not possible either, same error message. Does anyone else have this problem?
