New owner here. I think my issue is network. I try to scan the QR code on my app but I get a connection error. i have a net gear wireless router, I installed a Wi-Fi extender which is located next to nvr. I’m using the lan port on the extender to connect to nvr. I don’t think I’m setup correctly cause I can’t setup the app. I tried the lan feature but I get no devices are detected under the Wi-Fi your smart phone is connected to.any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you!
@simon_594707925737544 NVR and the cameras need to be on the same network. The camera needs to use the ethernet port to connect to the NVR. Using monitor：The NVR needs a monitor to set up. Can you see the camera on the monitor after setting up the monitors?
