New owner here. I think my issue is network. I try to scan the QR code on my app but I get a connection error.
i have a net gear wireless router, I installed a Wi-Fi extender which is located next to nvr. I’m using the lan port on the extender to connect to nvr. I don’t think I’m setup correctly cause I can’t setup the app. I tried the lan feature but I get no devices are detected under the Wi-Fi your smart phone is connected to.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

NVR and the cameras need to be on the same network. The camera needs to use the ethernet port to connect to the NVR.

Using monitor：
The NVR needs a monitor to set up. Can you see the camera on the monitor after setting up the monitors?
