Hi, I am a complete technophobe. Somebody set up my argus 2E a couple of days ago and it had been working really well. Suddenly this afternoon it just says connection failed. I am at a complete loss as to what could be wrong....it is certainly not my home wifi etc......could anybody advise me please....many thanksrosemary
@user_596316400607322_596316400607322 try switching the camera on or off. There's a switch behind a flap somewhere on the cam. Probably on the bottom. Don't own one myself so can't exactly tell you but that's a first step you could try.The batteries could have ran out as well. Are you using their solar panel?
@breit2001_513813039153374 Many thanks for your help. I have the solar panel and the camera was only put up a couple of days ago fullly charged so its definitely not the battery. Whilst i was out today it worked perfectly...got home and the same thing happened - no connection, connection failed etc......then it did work....then it didnt...its very temperamental and i cannot think why this is happening......thanks again
@user_596316400607322_596316400607322 I think it is a wifi reachable issue. Can you move the camera closer to router and try again? Try both WiFi and 4G.
