Windows Client 8.8.1 no live picture

Even with the new Client 8.8.1 and Hardware decoding turned off i do not get a live picture of all my three cameras.
The picture window stays black and flickers continously with a light grey color.
I am using Windows 11 all updates installed.

I believe there is still some issues with windows 11 that are being worked on. Hopefully a fix soon as more people transition to windows 11
