Extra SD card cover screws! I got very, very lucky with a magnet when I dropped one in some mulch. An extra screw with each camera would be nice. Although it is nice to be able to change the card without dismounting the camera, I am not sure that is a good feature from the security aspect. If someone is familiar with Reolink cameras, they could easily remove the card. Using Torx screws would provide a bit more security since they are far less common than slotted, Phillips or Allen fasteners. Axis uses Torx and the SD card mounts inside the mount. It would also be good to have set screws securing the aiming of the RLC822A and holding it to the mount. Someone can just reach up and re-aim the camera or pull it off the mount. Again, this is something Axis did better.Sorry I keep using Axis as an example, but they had a very well thought out line for the residential/small business market which they essentially dropped. The Reolink cameras offer a great value, stunning daylight quality and I am adding lighting outside to improve night quality. The company seems responsive to users which is a huge bonus.
Captive screws would work as well. I was just installing a Duo 2 and it appears that they are captive, but the ones on the 823 and 822 were not. Thanks!
