I have a REO GO PT. I scan the QR code on the bottom and the camera it is added to the app on my phone but just keeps saying connection failed. I have never been able to see an image from the camera on the app. I have tried to reach out via email to customer service but they are not very helpful. I have gotten to the point where I just want to return the POS but they say I do not qualify because it has been over 30 days. How can I get these cameras working so I didnt waste $600?!
