I would love if the Reolink Go Plus would have the ability to attempt to upload to the Reolink Cloud again if it failed the first time. I have an SD card in my camera and notice sometimes the Cloud is missing some of the recordings that that SD card has. Since we are unable to connect to the camera via an API to download the content from the SD Card this would be the next best thing. The footage is already on the card and would be great if it could reattempt. I generally have a good connection but sometimes the data can get slow.

@matthew_553305464656029 I suggest you to email the Reolink support so that they will check from the logs whether the camera has tried to upload the file. Apart from additional attempts I would program the camera to send an email to the customer informing him/her about the error.
