RLC-410-5MP Auto switch to infrared is not working

Hi,

The Day & night setting on my camera is set to auto.

However during the night, my camera does not switch to infra red mode.

However when I switch to the black & white mode manually, this works.

The infra red lights setting is also set to Auto.

Do you have an idea what goes wrong here?
