Timelapse download not working on Windows and Android App for RLC-823A

Hi All, before doing a Support request, I want to ask the community for help:

I did several Time-Lapse Videos with my RLC-823A. The file size is between 0.8GB and 5GB. When trying to download them with the mobile app (android) it seems the download stucks at latest 600MB... and even after more than 30 minutes the file is not loaded.
When trying to download the time-lapse videos via Laptop/Windows App, everytime when the download should be finished it skipps to "download aborted - retry to download the file" and the file that has been donwloaded is broken. Correct file Size, but not able to play in any video player.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior and might have a solution on how to solve that?
