Hi, I'm running Reolink Client 8-8-1 on MacOS 12.6 on a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro.When trying to download files (whether by manually selecting the files (checkboxes) or by the cut and download method, the file transfer stops and the app crashes.The file transfer window will open, one file will download successfully and then the second file will begin to download and then hang indefinitely. When closing the window and returning to the main screen, the rest of the app refuses to connect to the cameras and no live view either. It's like it's terminated the connection after one file transfer. The only way to get the app to work again is to close it completely and restart it.I hope a developer sees this topic and it can be patched. Or if anyone knows of a solution, please let me know thanks!
@user_617809627627529_617809627627529 I am using Windows and Android clients and have no issue with files download. I suggest you to write to Reolink support.
