Hi, unfortunately I can’t upgrade to the mentioned firmware version. The update section says that I’m all up to date.

When is the firmware going to be available? I really need the FTPS support.

@jakubdavid00_377934341955826 Send an email to support quoting your hardware version and ask for the latest firmware. They will answer you within 2 days. Note that upgrade from the camera is not activated. You need to manually download the firmware and update it either through Windows/MAC client or through the NVR. And on some battery operated cams they have to push you the firmware. Btw which model do you have?
