      hello, I realize that all the bugs of the new version of the app that bother my customers have been corrected, as you can see we finally see the live of our cameras when opening the app, the mode scenario works with each camera and you can choose a predefined function for each of them ect... to be serious, on the first video it's nonsense. I'm on 5G on FIBER I should see everything live and bug-free even with 500 cameras. you have to click on the camera, and and in addition to show our daily life, it bugged! you look at your camera 1 by 1 and it BUG? the same for my clients where I install PTZ cameras with ringtone and message, so much touted in your advertisements, that they must activate them by HAND before leaving? then activate the scenario mode which deactivates the function? easier to tell them to ask the neighbor to watch and less expensive, or so I tell them what? for 100 euros more per camera you go to hikivision? dahua? in the last video I show the total absurdity. it is not possible to keep your system up to date, even though I tell my customers "be careful to always check NVR and cameras up to date" how? There is no option from the app, on the NVR the auto search is always up to date so you have to: - go to your site - find the model of your camera (knowing that a real pro removes all the info on a camera) - download the update - do this for all devices - put on a USB key, plug it into the NVR and do local update, frankly? where are we? we are in a nuclear submarine we share the nuclear codes? not because it lacks more than the fact that we must be 2 to turn a key to do it to be there anyway. so I groan because it's been 1 year that I give my product ideas here and on the support, 1 year that I am told "yes yes" be active and we will even send products in beta test given your qualities 1 year that I request this update, that of the NVR (windows later windows hackable in 2 minutes) on my video I show the scenario mode it does not take into account the cameras which ring, light up, broadcast a voice message, it just offers to beep (super practical for a thief who will hasten to destroy it, even in a safe a smoke grenade to be soldered next to it hangs for 2 minutes and all the contents of it are destroyed. OR My proposal for an unlimited cloud for those who take a certain number of cameras and an NVR. 0 news on this. I therefore see myself having to install hikivision in the meantime, which has an additional alarm and strobe cameras ( what I said to do a long time ago) for 20 euros more per ca meras and NVR I'm sure you'll get 3 times better gear, but it doesn't seem like you want to go upmarket. the same, doing an anti-sabotage update on all your models would be the BASE because I still have a client who had all his cameras cut off one by one, robbed and nothing rang, just the guy he took a walk tracking he said "ah it's good friends it's reolink". a battery for the NVRs and their screens and all the POE cameras with 4 days of autonomy as damn it (with the possibility of putting your internet box in it) just cut the linky (in France) to make everything HS unimaginable vius n can't imagine the number of customers with whom I install other brands just for that and anti-jamming. but hey, do as you see fit after all, I can't imagine you beta testing me after this kind of feedback (which however applied would push you to the top).
