I have just hooked up a Trackmix POE to a 16 channel NVR direct with a cat5e cable in channel 1. The camera will show up in the client and app, and I can control the pan and tilt but I cannot use the zoom camera at all and the motion detection or tracking is not functioning at all. If I try to add the camera in the app by scanning the QR code it says it cannot find the camera and to try again. im very confused and frustrated that I cannot use the camera as intended. I have 1 more Trackmix to hook up as well as 2 dual lense Poe and two other cameras. in the client I have made sure all firmwares are up to date and it says they are. And the NVR is hardwired to my internet router. any help please!
@drake_626125974929503 can you add it by using the a*signed IP? What is the model of the NVR?
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I’m not sure how it’s connected to be honest, I plugged the camera in on channel 1 and it showed up on my screen so I a*sumed it was right. I have the RLB16-410thank you
Update:I updated the nvr and now I can see dual camera on the nvr screen and the tracking is somewhat working. But I cannot access the zoom camera from my app on the phone. The only way I can access the camera on the app is by using the uid on the nvr, it will not connect to the app if I just try to add the camera.
