      Hi,

      I have two NVRs from Reolink.
      RLN16-410
      RLN8-410
       
      With the RLN8-410 I cannot set the Alarm Settings. 
      Whenever I go to it, it says loading failed - try again.

      Connected to the NVR are 4 cameras

      3x RLC-520A
      1x RLC-810A

      I can change and adjust all other settings without any problems, but nothing happens at this point.
      It always comes up with "Loading failed - Try again" no matter if it is a Android mobile phone or a Windows PC. All with the actual Apps.
      I have already unscrewed the NVR and pressed the reset button to reset the NVR, which did not solve the problem.

      There are 6 cameras connected to the RLN16-410 at another location. 
      3x RLC-810A
      2x RLC-520A
      1x RLC-823A

      With the RLC-823A I can also no longer set the alarm settings. 
      The other working

      Do you have any idea what the problem could be? I would have liked to adjust the sensitivity of the triggering.

          @okolyta_235224727515382 I had a problem similar to that, I had to generate a super password thru my email provider account in settings and use that password in my nvr user admin passw generated by my email provider
