Can I use the RLK8-822D with a 16 channel NVR? I noticed the bundle on the site only offers this camera with an 8 channel NVR.

Yes, you can also connect the cameras in RLK8-822D4-A to 16 channel NVR(make sure the NVR is with the version that supports 8MP camera).
