I cannot add my two RLC-410W cameras to my cloud subscription as they do not show up in the list of cameras to select. Why?My other Reolink cameras do work with the Reolink cloud subscription I just signed up for.
Hi, there. RLC-410W does not support cloud service currently so you can not add subscribe it in cloud. You can refer to this article to check Reolink devices that support Cloud: Which Models/Countries or Regions Support the Cloud Service? – Reolink Support
