Noticed that I am getting weird green and magenta shapes on picture snapshots that I take with an Argus 3 Pro camera (purchased November 26, 2022). Updated firmware via a support request to latest version (v3.0.0.1462_22102900) on Dec 8, 2022. The shots are taken using the Reolink Windows Desktop Program version 8.10.0-beta. Here are examples both during night and day:

As far as I can tell video recordings dont seem to be impacted for both the auto-record from the camera (and download of the clip to pc) or direct record when using the Reolink Desktop client.

@keithsrobertson The issue has nothing to do with the camera but rather the client and the graphic driver. I guess this will not occur if you take a snapshot using the Windows snipping tool. Can you try it? Did you get the same outcome with version 8.8.2?

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 Yes it appears ok when using the mobile app - so I agree probably the client. I have a radeon 5700xt graphics card, but have the hardware decoding off in the client settings.

@keithsrobertson Did you get the same issue with ver 8.8.2? Can you switch on the hardware decoding first and try to take another snapshot? My Argus 3 Pro is on the same firmware and have no issue. For sure its the interaction between the client and the graphic drivers.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I reinstalled v8.8.2 and snapshot pictures appear fine.

@keithsrobertson Excellent. Can you please report it to Reolink support citing your graphic driver version? This seems to be one of the big problems with this client.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I have submitted the support request with that information and a link to this topic as well. Thanks.
