    E1 Zoom Factory Reset button faulty - alternative methods for reset?

      Hi all.

      Just looking for some help in regards to 1 of my 2 E1 Zooms.
      I am having issues with one of the two i bought where the factory reset switch doesn't respond and wont allow me to setup again.
      I can see it is still trying to connect (flashing blue light) but wont responds to the pinhole switch. The button feels good still (clicks).

      I know the camera is still good as I was able to create a new wifi network which matched the existing network it was connecting to and it came right. But I stupidly tried to join the network from the reolink app and now I am back to before square one.

      Does anyone know a way to reset the device by creating a short somewhere? I see the battery is soldered on.. or is it possible to update the firmware with say the memory card slot which might reset settings?

          @upz If you have access through the application you can go to Advanced and click on restore. All the parameters are set to the default value with the exception of the WIFI.

          Do you want to change the WIFI setting?
