Nvr firmware upgrade now cameras don’t work

Hello I purchased a Reolink doorbell hooked it up to my nvr RLN8-410-E. It didn’t work so support had me update the firmware on the nvr. Once I updated to the new firmware v2.0.0.280_21060101. The doorbell now works but my b400 cameras now just power cycle over and over. I updated the firmware on the b400 cameras and they still cycle over and over non stop all cameras are POE no I have one doorbell that work but all other existing camera do not. The existing cameras worked great until the nvr firmware upgrade.

i have did the following steps to resolve:

1) updated firmware on both nvr and cameras
2) powered down the nvr and uplugged. Powered back with same result.
