SD Card Files 001_s and 151_m

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two files stored on my micro sd card are?

I have a reolink lumus, and it appears that every 001_s file has an accompanying 151_m file which is larger.

I've attached an image.

I also have trouble with cloud storage, will the lumus not upload video to the cloud if there's an SD card in?

smaller file would be fluent (low quality) and the larger file would be clear (higher quality) recordings
