Detection alerts for rain

HI I have recently purchased a E1 outdoor camera and while I love most of the features I have finally mounted outside where it needs to be but at night I am constantly getting alerts of movement when it rains. This really does make the alert feature unusable, I have the night motion set to 2 and motion detection set for person and cars but I am getting two alerts a minute. I have also set object size which it seem to ignore as your own web interface setting say with this set is should trigger alerts if its smaller than the set size.

Please can you let me know any other settings I can adjusted to make the feature work.

Object Size

Moving objects that are smaller than the minimum object size or bigger than the maximum object size will not trigger alarm.

@user_628113199378527_628113199378527 First ensure that your E1 OD has the latest firmware by emailing reolink support citing your hardware version. Then you need to untag any motion from recording schedule and push/email notification schedule and set the alarm delay of 1s for person.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 Thanks for your reply, I have logged a ticket to see if it is on the latest software but on the app it does show it as the latest.
I can see any bit to set an alarm delay I can only set size under person detection a vehicle detection but no time delay.

@user_628113199378527_628113199378527 Alarm delay should appear under Detection Alarm. If you don't have it then you need to upgrade the firmware. Did you follow my other suggestion to untag motion detection object and have only person and vehicle?

I had the same problem with the new Duo 2 POE.
My solution is to disable the option "All movements" for Surveillance -> Recordings and Email and FTP and Push. And kept the following options enabled: Person, Vehicle and Pets.
