Reolink Android App Landscape Split Screen

I have a Doorbell and launch the App in Landscape with splitscreen active.
The app doesn't show the "talk" Buttons correctly. Seams that the app doesn't support split screen correctly.

It's an Android 9 issue, got a new tablet with 13 and there it works perfectly. Told that support already.

Would you be able to upgrade the Android version of the tablet to say 12?

I got a new one, it was a fire hd tablet. Which is stuck on 9.0.
12 works too, the new Tablet was 12 originally.
