      I have 2 Reolink Duo Floodlight PoE and when I try to set the Audio to on in the settings, it does not work. It shows me an exclamation with a red circle around it, but no error msgs. Why is my audio not working? I have a cat6 cable plugged into them with POE.

          @user_649339778838597_649339778838597 I have the same issue- Reolink duo floodlight- red exclamation mark when trying to enable audio. Also- when you maximize the camera screen on TV/app it goes blank. OTher functions seem to be ok, but the two-way audio was a big selling point for me.

          Audio in both of your Duo Floodlights are not working? Can they record normally?

              @ginny both are not working. I can't change to the toggle to enable in the settings. It won't let me. I get a red exclamation without any error msgs.

                @user_649339778838597_649339778838597 Audio is not available on floodlight. ! means unavailable. It has only siren. Well Reolink need to fix the Windows client by removing functions which are not implemented on Floodlight.

                  Same issue here with mine 2 new Floodlight duo cameras and can't select/enable audio recording. Tried via the NVR direct and just toggles off instantly and via app it just has a red exclamation mark like others have stated. Cameras work fine otherwise. Anyone been able to fix this issue yet?

                  Edit: i have since updated the NVR to latest firmware manually and has fixed all issues.
