Cam Disappears

Any one have Cam disappears in Computer App.? Of 9 Cams after I double clicked one cam more than a couple times by mistake it just disappeared. Where did it go and how can I get it back? I checked the cams on iPhone ap they all there working fine. Checked cams on NVR all there working fine. it's just an issue with Windows 11 ap on the computer. I suppose I must uninstall and reinstall app but cannot figure why it done it or the cam will not come back?

This will Scan the local network and has an option to add the camera using the UID.
