The screen shows connecting.... restarted NVR and Modem but no luck. I have 4 Rlc-811A connected to the NVR. It’s remote and I can’t access the NVR. Remote internet is fine since I have another camera connected to the same network

        Hello @mehterfaraz_321300255867016
If you are unable to access your NVR remotely after updating from version v3.1.0.211_22102439 to v3.2.0.218_23020151, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue. Here are some suggestions:

Check your network settings: Make sure that the NVR and the router are both properly configured to allow remote access. Check the network settings on the NVR to ensure that they are correct and that the port forwarding is properly set up on your router.

Check your internet connection: Make sure that you have a stable and reliable internet connection. If your internet connection is slow or intermittent, it may cause connectivity issues when accessing your NVR remotely.

Check your NVR firmware: Check if there is an updated firmware version available for your NVR, which may resolve any issues related to remote access.

Check your network security settings: Ensure that any firewalls, anti-virus programs or security software on your network are not blocking remote access to the NVR.

Restart the NVR: Restarting the NVR can often resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting the NVR and then attempt to access it remotely again.
still you have issue you can contact to support team.

@user_660642907287582_660642907287582 SO I have not actually updated or changed any settings. I updated the firmware via the reolink application on the desktop and can no longer connect to the NVR.

@mehterfaraz_321300255867016 Insert a switch between the NVR and the BB router. Then connect your PC to the switch (change the IP of the PC) and try to connect to your NVR. You may use your web browser to connect using the URL http://ip_of_nvr (assuming you left the http port 80 unchanged on the NVR). I assume that you are able to configure the NVR using the mouse connected to its USB and having a VGA monitor connected to its VGA port. You may include the network setting on the NVR to check it out.

              Hi, friend!
It is simple go to network/ Enable UID( When UID is disabled, device will no longer be accesible via UID to this or other platforms)
Check this ,it was a mistake from Reolink when you update firmware. Good luck!

yah after update they turned all ports off

and in maintence restore button do the same, you have to turn it on again
