      I have a Argus PT that is a couple of years old. I have not used it for a number of months and I cannot get it to read the QR code to access my Wi-Fi. It’s like it does nothing. The lens is clean. Any idea what the problem is. It has never been used outdoors and did work.

          @user_663909349224533_663909349224533 If smartphone is unable to read the QR code sticker as it is blurry then you can still add it by manually entering the UID number. In this case, please tap input UID/IP under the scan window, choose UID, enter the UID of the camera and tap Next to proceed.

            If you have performed a reset and it doesn't read the QR, then perhaps try using a different device. Virtually all of my Reolink cameras are unable to "see" the QR code on my Microsoft Surface Duo 2 phone. They have no problems with my other phones
