I have a Argus PT that is a couple of years old. I have not used it for a number of months and I cannot get it to read the QR code to access my Wi-Fi. It’s like it does nothing. The lens is clean. Any idea what the problem is. It has never been used outdoors and did work.

If you have performed a reset and it doesn't read the QR, then perhaps try using a different device. Virtually all of my Reolink cameras are unable to "see" the QR code on my Microsoft Surface Duo 2 phone. They have no problems with my other phones
