I've finally bought Reolink Doorbell and I use it with a MicroSD card at the moment. I've enabled motion/AI only recordings, which was working fine for the first few days, but a few days ago the doorbell stopped recognizing any motion/AI events. The regular recording works, but I can't see any motion/AI events. What I have done so far to fix it:

I tried to restart the camera to the default settings - no luck,
I disabled and enabled motion recording - no luck,
I changed sensitivity settings - no luck

Is there anyone who had a similar issue?

      Thanks

@wacko_jacko_670601907445799 So if you enable push notification you do get the push message notification when you press the button or a person moves across the camera. Then it can be an SD issue. Try to format it or replace it.

I do get a notification when someone presses the button, but that's it. I don't get any notification when the movement is recognized. It's also not marked on the playback timeline.

@wacko_jacko_670601907445799 do you have selected an object size? It seems the camera has currently an issue with it. I experienced the same, stopped detecting for a while. But after restart it usually worked again some time. Support had a look at it and found a flaw in the firmware if object size is selected, under certain circumstances.

@kristof I tried to change the object size as well, but that didn't work either. Today I noticed that motion detection works again, but no there is still not human recognation. Intresting thing, as I haven't changed the settings since last week. I hope Reolink is working on the firmware which will fix my issue and most important do something with visitor notifications, cause I expect that my doorbell will make a fake call (like other brands do) instead of a short notification which is so easy to miss.

@wacko_jacko_670601907445799 That's because there is a scheduled restart of the camera every Sunday at 02:00 unless you changed the timing.
