Detection Zone settings in android & Windows client

I have Argus 3 Pro battery wifi camera but is triggering far many detection alerts. I read from support article with option to set up Detection Zone & type of alerts to monitor i.e. person, vehicle & others which seems to be my need,

I have installed and checked with both Windows client and adroid client but there is no 'Detection Alarm' option under 'Alarm Settings' section. Why would this be the case?

The recorded clips does show person or vehicle icons, so surely camera knows what it has detected but I'm unable to find settings to adjust detection zone to mask area of high activity.

@houseincloud_668925273444384 Can you tell me the firmware version of your Argus 3 Pro? Just click on the arrow on where you have the name Front. Most probably you have an old firmware.

@houseincloud_668925273444384 uh....this is old. So email Reolink support and tell them to push you the firmware. Please provide the UID, hardware version and your current firmware.

@houseincloud_668925273444384 They should answer you within 24 hours. Once they push you the firmware under your profiles go under device info and upgrade. Ensure you have sufficient charge before upgrading.
